Vendor Opportunities

Being a vendor at the Buy Local Bash is an incredible opportunity to join other local retailers, restaurants and businesses and promote your products and services. This event, in its 12th year, attracts over 700 attendees who are shopping, eating, drinking and discovering new local partners. While this event is usually held in November, we are too excited to wait! We want bring everyone together in May when the weather is nice and people are excited to be out and about while feeling safe to do so. Fill out an application to be a Buy Local Bash Vendor, here.

·    Reach 700+ potential customers who will attend the event

·    Inclusion in CenterState CEO/SyracuseFirst social media campaign for the event, reaching 8,000+ people through Facebook and 9,100+ people through Twitter

Food or Beverage provider – offering samples – Must obtain food permit from Onondaga County: $35

  • Food – provide samples for AT LEAST 500 people; size: 2-3 bites.
  • Beverage – provide samples for AT LEAST 500 people; size: 3 ozs

Pre-packaged food or beverage sales and samples – Must obtain food permit from Onondaga County: $35

  • Prepackaged Food – provide samples for AT LEAST 500 people; size: 2-3 bites.
  • Prepackaged Beverage – provide samples for AT LEAST 500 people; size: 3 ozs

Retail – selling products: $75

  • All sales must be processed with your own equipment
